SHIPPING POLICY
Standard FREE Shipping for most domestic orders (USA) takes ~7-10 days.
Express Shipping takes ~3-5 days.
Overnight Shipping takes ~1-2 days.
International Shipping can take ~10-14 days.
Sometimes, depending on inventory location (ie. Hawaii), your order may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive in California or the East Coast.
If you placed an order, but have not received your product in the anticipated time window, please contact info@demandsurf.com and we'll track it down for you!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Demand was created to help you enjoy surfing and be happy. We back that up with our return policies. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Demandsurf.com, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn't come to this, we will make it as painless as possible with FREE return shipping.
